CHESAPEAKE, VA

Louis A. Husser passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Oregon, he was the son of the late Louis and Lena Hamilton Husser.

He will be remembered for his love of reading. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a very devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He loved to walk among nature and enjoyed gardening.

He was predeceased by his four siblings, Junior, Marilyn, Marge and Madeline.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 57 years, Mary Husser; his two daughters, Marilyn Wahl (Wally) and Angelia Messer (Tom). He also leaves his canine grandchild, Gracie Lou. As well as his Fulcher brother and sisters

A celebration of life service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 19, 2012 in the Great Bridge Chapel of Oman Funeral Home, 653 Cedar Road, Chesapeake, 23322. Rev. Charles L. Moseley will officiate.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Howard Feldman and the doctors and staff at the hospital for their special care giving to their father.
